Return Policy
In order to have your merchandise return, you must contact the efypassion within 7 days from invoice date and ask for a RMA number. Any returns without a RMA number will not be processed. We only accept defective items for return. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by efypassion.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your order after 24 hours from the time of submitting the order or failure to accept delivery will result in a restocking fee of 15%.

Shipping
We use UPS for standard shipping and most international shipping will be used by USPS. Any orders placed after 3.00pm (Eastern Starndard Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped on the next day, and some orders may takes extra days and will not be shipped in same day even in faster mode of shipping. All COD order will be charged $7.00. All COD order must be paid by money order or cashier's check. Please do not use any P.O Box number for your address for seucirty purpose.
